Setting up a regular detailed system of tasks each week, enables the gardening team to efficiently complete each allocated task. Such tasks, include removing dead foliage, hand pulling weeds, watering and caring for pot plants, pruning and keeping hedges in immaculate condition. Ideal gardening practices are put in place, so that our gardeners put pride in their work. Both the gardeners and the client will be rewarded from our systematic, weekly or fortnightly routine effort.
Garden Maintenance Service Packages
My Garden Maintenance have committed staff that optimise their busy time within weekly and daily schedules, to suit all your gardening needs. Whether it is paying attention to delicate detail such as roses and topiaries, through to larger carefully mown soccer fields, My Garden Maintenance has much experience in high-end residential and larger commercial properties.
Below you will find a selection of 4 maintenance packages that should suit just about everyone. However if you have specific requirements, feel free to give us a call on 07 3277 3553 and we can tailor a package to suit you.
All packages exclude rubbish removal. Any rubbish removal will be charged out at competitive rates.
Basic Package
$110.00 - fortnightly service
1 man hour of garden maintenance targeted at areas of need. Eg. Lawn mowing, hedging etc.
Standard Package
$150.00 - fortnightly service- 2 man hours – mowing, weeding, hedging and general tidy up.
- Yearly fertilising with Osmocote plus (valued at $165.00).
- 1hr annual horticultural advice for subject areas.
Professional Package
$220.00 - fortnightly service- 3 man hours – mowing, weeding, hedging, pest and disease spraying, pruning detailing of plants, blow down of area.
- Lawn fertilising 3 times per year (valued at $140.00) and 1 bag of Osmocote (valued at $165.00)
- One hour professional horticultural advice for subject areas and yearly irrigation consultation.
Perfection Package
$440.00 - fortnightly service- 8 man hours – mowing, weeding, hedging, pest and disease spraying, pruning detailing of plants, blow down of areas.
- Monthly lawn fertilising, yearly garden fertilised with osmocote plus (2bags valued at $330)
- Quarterly testing of ph levels in soil and adjusting for plant requirements (valued at $110)
- 1 hour quarterly professional horticultural advice for subject areas.
